Using Customer Service (CRM) Software for a Web Survey
A lot of companies are on the Web today, and they want to know if their customers are satisfied. In order to do
that, a lot of them will offer their customers a Web survey so that the company can gain valuable information
regarding what it should do different and what the customer really liked about it and its product or service. Not
all companies, though, know how to conduct a Web survey properly, and this can become a serious problem for
companies. Using customer service (CRM) software for a Web survey works well, but a lot of companies do not think
to use it, or they are not sure how best to incorporate it into what they are doing. Now, though, using customer
service (CRM) software for a Web survey is easier than ever before because there are so many different software
applications available.
In addition, using customer service (CRM) software for a Web survey is a great idea because customer service
software handles all aspects of CRM and can tell a salesperson what an individual bought, when, and how much was
paid for it. By doing this, a salesperson then knows which customers should be asked to take a Web survey and he or
she can tailor that survey to the customers, making them more likely to respond. A Web survey that is specifically
related to a customer’s purchase can make that customer feel as though the company really wants to know what he or
she thinks, improving CRM, customer service, and all aspects of the customer-business relationship.
